   Orders below $50 will charge flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Free shipping only applies to contiguous United States mainland addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and overseas territories require additional surcharges, which will be shown before payment.
2. Processing Time

   
   

   Food orders will be packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment. We do not process shipments on weekends and US federal public holidays. For frozen/refrigerated food items, we will arrange priority shipping to guarantee product quality.
3. Delivery Timeframe

   
   

   Standard domestic shipping estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery delays may be caused by carrier backlog, bad weather, remote area logistics restrictions, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Address Modification

   
   

   Address changes can only be requested before the parcel is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot alter the destination address. Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
5. Lost & Missing Parcels

   
   

   If the tracking status shows lost or undeliverable, contact our support mailbox to initiate an investigation with the logistics carrier. We will provide follow-up solutions according to carrier’s final conclusion.
6. International Shipping

   
   

   Currently, Veucent only supports delivery within the United States. We do not offer international cross-border shipping for food products temporarily due to customs inspection and food import regulations.
