By accessing, browsing and placing orders on the Veucent website operated by Glory Media LLC (Colorado, USA), you agree to fully abide by the following terms.
  1. Account & User Responsibility

    Users must provide true and accurate shipping and billing information when checking out. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and liable for all orders placed under your account. Minors under 18 years old shall not make purchases without guardian consent.
  2. Product Description & Pricing

    We strive to display food product pictures, ingredients, expiration dates and specifications accurately. All prices are denominated in US Dollars. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice due to raw material and logistics cost fluctuations. All displayed prices do not include local sales tax, which will be calculated separately at checkout according to Colorado tax rules.
  3. Order Fulfillment Right

    We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in the following situations: abnormal bulk fraudulent orders, incorrect recipient address, payment failure, out-of-stock food inventory, suspected credit card fraud. We will notify customers via registered email promptly.
  4. Intellectual Property

    All texts, logos, pictures, brand designs on the website belong to Veucent / Glory Media LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, editing is prohibited.
  5. Limitation of Liability

    Glory Media LLC shall not be responsible for indirect losses including but not limited to missed meals, schedule delays caused by delayed delivery, improper personal storage of food products leading to discomfort or health issues. Our maximum compensation limit shall not exceed the actual payment amount of the single order.
  6. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiation first; if unresolved, submit to the local judicial institution of Colorado.
  7. Policy Update

    We may revise these terms irregularly. Updated versions will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon posting. It is the customer’s obligation to check the latest terms regularly.
